We only use the information you provide to send your Touch Base Text messages.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use only the service providers necessary to operate Touch Base Text, process payments, verify consent, and deliver communications. Your information is used only to operate your account, deliver the service, and honor your communication preferences.

Touch Base Text is not intended for unsolicited advertising, sales promotions, political messaging, lending, or age-gated content.

Touch Base Text is NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE.   It does NOT monitor, track, or respond to emergencies or urgent situations.

It is designed for everyday communication and peace of mind by sending a gold Touching Base Button and receiving a green, yellow, red or blue button in reply.

Touch Base Text is a communication service that automatically sends scheduled check-ins between people who know each other, such as family members, friends, or trusted contacts.

The person setting up the service may invite people they know to participate. No scheduled Touch Base Text check-ins will be sent unless the recipient first agrees to receive them.

Recipients receive a golden Touching Base button according to the selected schedule. They respond with one of four colored buttons to tell the sender how they are. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

Touch Base Text is NOT an emergency service, medical service, monitoring service, crisis service, or 911 service. If there is an emergency, call 911 or local emergency services.

Touch Base Text is not used for marketing, promotional messaging, lending, political messaging, or age-gated content.
